Why this website

This website regroups several tools used in the practice of running and weight-lifting. There are many online converters and 1RM calculators. The goal for this one was to be light, simple, free of charge, of advertisement and of trackers. This is probably the most bare-bone website you'll visit today.

Sections

The website is broken down by sections. Each section groups together several calculators or converters related to that section.

The Distances section provides tools to convert Kilometers to Miles and Miles to Kilometers ; convert a pace (min/km) to a speed (km/h), as well as estimating a distance covered given a specific pace and duration for the activity.

The Weights section provides tools to estimate your One Repetition Max based on a sub-maximal load (ex: 3RM, 5RM, etc) as well as a tool to quickly determine load percentages based on your 1RM (ex: 70% of 1RM).

The Heart Rate section provides a standard Five Zones calculator based on a Maximum Heart Rate.

The References section will list articles, podcasts, research and other resources that the author of this website used as, well, reference.
